HALLELI
For years, Amichai has been making the award winning Hachlili Wine in different varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The same excellent wine has now been named Halleli after Hallel.

KASHRUT AND SHMITTA
The winery is under the Rabbinical supervision of Rav Dov Lior, Cheif Rabbi of Hebron and Kiryat Arba. In the Shmitta (Sabbatical) year, wine was bottled as Otzar Beit Din (according to strict observance of Jewish Law). Amichai is knowledgable in Jewish law, and explains the relevant issues relating to Shmitta to visitors.
