עמיחי ייסד את היקב, עם אהבת ארץ ישראל, ועם רצון להבין ולחוות את ברכת שבט יהודה בהרי חברון. למרות הרצח המחריד של בתם הלל יפה הי"ד בסיוון ה'תשע"ו, בידי מחבל, עמיחי ורינה ממשיכים להיות מחויבים ולאהוב את אדמת ארץ ישראל, ומהווים השראה לכל הסובב והפוגש אותם. השם 'כרם הלל' נוסף ליקב, לזכרה
PHILOSOPHY
Amichai established this winery Yekev Ariel B'Yehuda, with a love for the Land of Israel, and the desire to realize the blessings of the tribe of Judah in the Hebron Hills. Despite the horrific murder of their precious daughter Hallel HY"D in June 2016, by a terrorist, Amichai and Rena continue to feel love for and commitment to the Land of Israel, and are an inspiration to everyone who meets them. The name Kerem Hallel has been added to the winery in loving memory.

Visits to the Winery are led by Amichai. Rena is also available to speak to groups in Yerushalayim at their hotel or other location.
